Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations a month or more before surgery will receive a full refund of the remaining package balance. Cancellations less than a month before surgery will receive a 75% refund of the remaining package balance. If your surgery is rescheduled, your deposit will be applied to your new dates based on availability. If we are unable to reschedule your recovery package, a refund will be issued based on the policies stated above.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards. Once a deposit is paid, future payments can be paid via the “Complete Payment” tab in your confirmation email. All packages must be fully paid 2 weeks before surgery.

Medications

Santi Private Nursing Care will follow your doctor’s orders with regards to your prescription medications and use sound nursing judgement for common Over the Counter medications. Please have all your prescription medications with you at the time of service/check-in.

Transportation

All packages include transportation to your home/hotel after surgery. The Gold and Platinum packages include transportation to your post-op appointment as well if it falls within the contracted period. For patients staying at Bridgefield, transportation at check-out is not included in your stay.

Travel Fees

Santi Private Nursing Care will provide transportation to clients in the DMV area, but travel fees will apply for clients outside of a 50 mile radius from their surgery location.

Package Hours

Private Care patients will receive round the clock care for the package they choose. Your time starts at the discharge time provided during booking. After pick-up, your nurse will stay with you the entire time until check-out.

Hotel Referrals

You will receive assistance with finding the right hotel/airbnb when you secure your dates with a deposit. In general, we recommend extended stays or hotels with a suite and a kitchen. For Gold and Platinum packages, please book a suite to provide adequate accommodations for your nurse and privacy for patient.

Nurse Safety

As part of booking with Santi, the client agrees to provide a safe and acceptable working environment for their nurse. For clients recovering in a hotel, please provide separate sleeping arrangements for nurse and any male care partners. We reserve the right to cancel if upon arrival, the work environment does not allow us to safely take care of the patient.
